Ever since 9/11 almost anyone who was muslim, had an arab acsent, wore a garb, and had a suni was at one time considered to look like a terrorist. The humor here is that this man actually has a bomb strapped to him, but the woman is more concerned with his beard; with the caption reading : "That beard makes you look like a terrorist." Instead of the bomb around his waist being the thing that makes him look like a terrorist.
