The message of the cartoon is to show the disagreements between the republicans and Obama and everything he stands for. The ideological perspective of the cartoonist i believe is more to the conservative side. The artist feels as though anything that the democrat party does, the republicans will not approve of it. This cartoon relates to the current presidential race. Obama will again be running for president and republicans will again protest him. Satire is influenced in this cartoon by stating that all republicans disagree with Obama and are snobby.
